WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? CAN YOU SHIP?Doodlebug Cookie Co. is a home-based bakery that operates under Florida's Cottage Food Law, located in Orlando, FL. I can absolutely ship my cookies! I ship cookies weekly - Each cookie is individually wrapped in bubble pouches and secured in a box with ZERO movement. This box is then placed inside of another box and surrounded with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts. Doodlebug Cookie Co. is not responsible for shipping delays or damaged/broken cookies. Once the package leaves my posession, it is completely out of my control. I do not typically have any issues with shipping delays or damaged product.
HOW DO I ORDER?To order, please submit an inquiry via the CUSTOM ORDERS page. Please allow a few business days for me to respond to your inquiry. I am a one woman show and can only do so much in one day - I promise I will be in touch with you as soon as possible!
HOW MUCH NOTICE SHOULD I GIVE FOR MY ORDER?I recommend a 6-8 week notice, although it is never "too soon"! I do tend to book up fairly quickly, so the sooner you're able to secure your date, the better! I can occasionally squeeze in last minute orders - it all just depends on that specific week. Reach out via my custom orders tab and let's chat.
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?There is a one dozen minimum requirement to place your order
HOW ARE THE COOKIES PACKAGED?Your cookies will come individually heat sealed and carefully packaged in a box. I do offer favor packaging - individually sealed with a bow topper matching your theme for an additional $8 per dozen.
DO YOU TAKE CORPORATE ORDERS? CAN YOU DO LOGOS?I love corporate orders! I can absolutely do logos. There may be an additional charge depending on the intricacy of your logo. Just follow the same instructions as above and submit an inquiry via the CUSTOM ORDERS page. I will be in touch with you as soon as possible!
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?A standard set of regular sized cookies is $60/dozen. Prices may vary depending on the intricacy of the designs. Payment is due in full within 24 hours of recieveing your invoice to secure your spot on my calendar. After 24 hours, I cannot guarantee availability for your requested date. WHAT FLAVORS DO YOU OFFER?Doodlebug cookies are a traditional sugar cookie with a few secret ingredients. My recipe is adapted from my great-grandmother's southern pound cake recipe. My sugar cookies are dense and similar to a brownie in consistency - but in cookie form. I do not offer different flavors for custom orders, but do occasionally offer specialty flavors for Flash Sales, Pop-Up Shops, and Holiday Pre-Sales!
ANY ALLERGY FRIENDLY COOKIES?My recipe is nut free! While I am a home-based bakery and do not operate in a nut free kitchen, my cookie recipe does not contain any nuts or nut extracts! I do offer gluten free cookies and also have a Vegan option, just make sure to include these requests in your order inquiry. Additional charges may apply to accomodate the required ingredients.
DO YOU DELIVER TO RESORTS?Yes! I offer delivery to all resorts in the Orlando area for an additional charge. Deliveries are made to the front desk or Bell Services - It varies depening on the speific resort. I will confirm delivery location with you once your order has been dropped off!
